Core Service Offerings

Curated Wellness Events & Retreats

Co-created gatherings where participants actively shape the container through community agreements, shared energy, and collective witnessing.

Anchored in six creative buckets: Music, Movement, Food, Art, Writing/Poetry, and Worldbuilding/Afrofuturism.

Expressive spaces that honor both trauma and resilience while uplifting play, joy, and imagination as healing tools.

Collaborations with facilitators (sound healers, movement guides, artists).

In-person and virtual options, with rituals rooted in ancestral wisdom and ecological care (earth, plants, animals as kin).

Trauma-Informed Group Coaching

Framework: “Presence is Power / Presence is Participation” — healing is active, embodied, and relational.

Participants learn to witness and be witnessed, strengthening resilience and re-membering individual & communal connections.

Incorporates ancestral practices, rituals, and concrete connections to lineage (e.g., ancestral research, storytelling, or cultural practices).

A space for healing generational trauma while also cultivating joy, creativity, and collective care.

Individual Stabilization Programs (Mid-Term Offering)

Short-term (3–8 week) one-on-one support designed to stabilize and re-ground.

Focus areas include: workplace trauma, grief (including friend or community loss), ruptured relationships, identity-based harm, burnout, and transitions.

A philosophy of re-membering: putting the pieces back together with dignity and care.

Commitment to serving all clients in ways that are non-exploitative and non-harmful.

Organizational Consultation

Supports organizations, collectives, and teams in embedding presence, and collective care into their cultures.

Goes beyond anti-oppressive frameworks to cultivate mutuality, equity, and authentic belonging.

Practical offerings: consultation rooted in liberatory frameworks, trauma informed care, and transformative work culture and relationships, multilevel individual and group coaching, team retreats, training on feedback structures, and culture-shifting practices grounded in reciprocity.

Helps organizations envision and embody new, liberatory ways of working and being together.
